Concrete sealer to be Glaze 'N Seal brand Multi-Purpose Waterbase Sealer. Sealer to provide a clear, acrylic waterbase finish designed to protect and beautify tile, concrete and masonry surfaces. Sealer to penetrate the surface to protect against all organic stains, including cooking oil, grease, and beverages. Sealer to be usable outdoors as well as indoors, and to be extremely easy to apply and maintain. Sealer to have a semi-gloss finish which enhances the natural color of the surface. Must work well with unglazed tile, slate, stamped and exposed aggregate concrete, brick, natural and manufactured stone, terra cotta, and stucco.
Concrete & masonry lacquer to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Concrete & Masonry 'Wet Look' Lacquer" which is a solvent-based acrylic coating that offers the ultimate protection in a clear finish. Must be designed for interior and exterior use to bring life, luster, and a deepened, fresh (wet) appearance to patios, driveways, garage floors, and other surfaces even when dry. Lacquer must be easy to apply and fast drying (one hour) . It must repel food, grease and oil stains, and have superior abrasion, stain and sunlight resistance. Must work well on exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, porous brick, natural stone, Mexican tile, stucco, manufactured stone, adobe, and plain & colored concrete. Not to be used on dense tile or slate.
Tile Sealer to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Olé Mexican Tile Sealer" which provides high gloss protection and imparts beauty to unglazed Mexican paver tile and other porous terra cotta surfaces, both indoors and outdoors with a two coat application. Sealer to have a blend of the latest acrylic polymer technology coupled with an antimar agent, u.v. inhibitors, and a grease and oil blocker to provide the perfect solution for sealing porous tile while at the same time hardening the tile surface to lessen the chances of chipping or abrasion. For less porous tiles, such as super-saltillos, the first coat may be diluted for better penetration.
Penetrating Sealer to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Natural Look" Penetrating Sealer, an invisible, waterbase sealer formulated to impart water repellence and dirt reduction to concrete, tile, and masonry surfaces with no change in the surface appearance. Sealer to react with carbon dioxide, and atmospheric moisture to form a penetrating water, dirt and mildew repellent barrier within 24 hours. Moisture absorption rate shall be low to reduce visible surface changes for up to ten years. Sealer to work indoors as well as outdoors, on Mexican tile, brick, flagstone, concrete, artificial stone, slate, stucco, quarry and clay tiles.
Whitewash stain to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Whitewash Concentrate Stain," a water soluable, acrylic latex stain concentrate which penetrates deep into the surface and brings out the perfect whitewash look popular in the southwest. Stain to be diluted with water and then applied to unglazed, porous Mexican, Spanish and Italian Terra Cotta tiles. Color shall be protected by the application of Glaze 'N Seal "Olé " or other Glaze 'N Seal acrylic sealers.
Grout sealer to be Glaze `N Seal brand "Acrylic Grout Sealer," a clear, water-based acrylic finish and sealer designed to eliminate staining and water penetration on untreated, cement-based grouts and mortars. Sealer to provide safe, long-lasting protection against all organic stains; including cooking oil, grease, and beverages on tiles installed in kitchen, bathroom and patio areas.
Floor polish to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Acrylic Floor Polish" designed to produce a high gloss finish with extreme protection against foot traffic, abrasion, and scuffing on difficult floor surfaces. Polish to be used indoors only on tile, concrete and masonry-type surfaces which have been sealed with Glaze 'N Seal sealer. Polish to form a beautiful protective coat, acting as a barrier to foot traffic, while enhancing and lengthening the life of the sealer below it. Must be easily applied and re-applied with increasing gloss and greater protection with each succeeding application. Polish to exhibit excellent slip resistance wet or dry and be easily removable with ammonia and water. Additionally, Polish to be usable directly on unsealed, dense surfaces, such as slate.
Floor polish to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Matte Floor Polish." Polish to be easy to apply, and completely safe to use indoors on dense tile or to protect previously sealed tile. Polish to offer a natural look, low gloss protection against foot traffic, abrasion and scuffing on different stone and tile floors. Protection to be application dependent with increasing protection with each successive coat. Polish to be removable with a mixture of detergent, ammonia and water, and repairable (in high traffic areas) without redoing the entire floor.
Stripper to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Stripper," a commercial-grade formulation specifically designed to remove today's tough sealers and coatings. Stripper to be composed of a unique blend of non-flammable, non-caustic, low-odorous solvents, combined with a balanced amount of wetting agents, viscosity enhancers, and retardants. Polish to be versatile and appropriate for both indoor and outdoor applications. Must not leave a residue, require a neutralizing rinse nor change the appearance of the surface onto which it is applied.
Neutralizing agent to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Neutralizing Rinse" an acid wash neutralizer and cleaner for tile, concrete and masonry surfaces. Rinse to be used to neutralize any surface previously cleaned or etched with acid before a penetrating sealer or surface film-forming sealer is applied. Rinse to balance the Ph level of all acid treated surfaces to improve the bondability of sealer to surface.
Tile & grout cleaner to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Tile & Grout Cleaner." Cleaner to be a professional strength, easy-to-use, maintenance cleaner for ceramic tile and grout in kitchens, bathrooms and showers, composed of a blend of mild acid and hard-working cleaning agents which are biodegradable. Cleaner to remove hardwater stains, soap and oil films and mineral deposits on glazed tile, chrome, fiberglass, stainless steel and grout.
Cleaner to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Neutral Cleaner," a highly concentrated, biodegradable neutral cleaner that works without dulling the shine on tile, concrete, masonry, and most water-safe surfaces. Cleaner to be non-toxic, and non-hazardous containing wetting agents, degreasers, and surface-active detergents to help penetrate, suspend, emulsify, and dissolve dirt and grime. Cleaner to have a pleasant scent, and exhibit no harmful effects on existing sealers, floor finishes, or waxes.
Phosphoric Acid Cleaner to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Phosphoric Acid Cleaner," a highly concentrated cleaner that removes cement smears, grout residue, mineral deposits (efflorescence) and rust stains. Cleaner to penetrate below the surface and lift dirt, soil, and grease as well as most hard water stains, lime deposits and soap scum from ceramic tile, bricks, and masonry surfaces not harmed by acid. After use, neutralize with Glaze 'N Seal Neutralizing Rinse.
Sealer to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Wet Look II Sealer," a water-based sealer designed to give the surface a deepened "wet look" appearance. Sealer to be VOC compliant and provide resistance to oil and grease stains, scuffing and scratching. Sealer to be suitable for use on exposed aggregate, natural & manufactured stone, slate, brick, stamped concrete and tile on interior and exterior applications.
Sealer to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Slate Sealer," a clear, water-based finish designed to protect and beautify slate, flagstone and quarry tile. Sealer to protect against all organic stains including cooking oil, grease and beverages both indoors and outdoors. Sealer to be non-flammable, have no harmful vapors, have a low sheen appearance, be water-repellent and suitable for use as a grout release.
Cleaner to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Stripper/Degreaser," a concentrated, heavy-duty alkaline cleaner designed to degrease heavily soiled areas. Cleaner to contain no phosphates or ammonia, and be suitable for use in interior and exterior applications and be appropriate for virtually any water-safe surface. Cleaner to be capable of removing synthetic and acrylic waxes and floor finishes from ceramic tile, grout joints, natural and cultured stone, cement surfaces and vinyl flooring.
Stone Sealant to be Glaze 'N Seal brand "Stone Sealant-Impregnator," a water-based, "Natural Look" penetrating sealer providing exceptional stain resistance without harsh solvents or odors. Sealer to provide a barrier that resists moisture and stains while at the same time remaining breathable. Sealer to be suitable for interior and exterior applications on horizontal as well as vertical surfaces on such materials as absorbent stone, tile, cement and saltillo.
