To calculate the amount of tile necessary, take your room and break it up into rectangles.
Why? Because some rooms have odd shapes. By breaking the room up into rectangles, you can more easily find the total area of the room, as follows:
Multiply the length x width of each rectangle to calculate its area.
Add the areas up and then multiply the total x 1.1 to obtain the total order quantity for simple installations, and .
Note this quantity will include a 10% overage that is necessary to make up for waste during installation as well as to provide you with additional material for future repairs if needed. This is standard practice in the tile industry.
Please make sure that you double-check your calculations, as Bedrosians will not be liable for any mistakes made.

Yes. Because tile is so durable, it will last a long, long time. We know that the decision you are about to make is an important one, thus you must be satisfied that what you are ordering is what you really want.
We can ship you a sample of the tile or tiles you are interested in purchasing. For each ceramic tile sample, you must pre-pay $5 for shipping and handling in addition to the cost of the sample. For each natural stone tile, sample you must pre-pay $10 for shipping and handling in addition to the cost of the sample. When you place a full order, we will deduct all sample expenses from your order.
When you receive the sample or samples, verify compatibility with wallpaper, cabinets, draperies, furniture, carpet, etc.
The ceramic tile/natural stone tile sample or samples are representative of the tile or tiles that you will be purchasing. They may not be 100% the same just as the carpet you purchase may not always be 100% the same as the sample off of which you chose the carpet.
You must be prepared to accept the ceramic tile with minor deviations in shade, and likewise the natural stone tiles which natuarally deviate in veining, graining, and coloration.
We tell you this not to alarm you but to be as honest as possible in order to prepare you just in case there are differences.

Your order will be shipped using the optimum method. In areas where Bedrosians has a store, we will suggest that you pick up the material in person.
For small orders, we may use UPS or a similar service.
For larger orders, we will use a nationwide common carrier such as CWX, etc. The best shipping destination would be to a tile contractor's warehouse. But, we can ship direct to your home with the provision that the carrier contact you first before delivery.
Another option would be for delivery to be made to the carrier's docking facility. The carrier would then call you so that you or your tile contractor could pick the order up.
